Fees and WINZ

What can you expect to pay?


Parents of children aged 3, 4 or 5 are eligible to receive the 20 hours ECE. This is available for up to 6 hours per day for a maximum of 20 hours per week.

Non 20 Hours ECE:
We provide morning and afternoon tea for children aged between 2 and 5, which is included in your fees. Nappies are provided for all ages, which is also included in your fees.

20 Hours ECE:
We provide morning and afternoon tea for children over the age of 3. Nappies are provided for all ages. There will be no extra charges for nappies, morning or afternoon tea.

Further Information

If your child does not attend a session that they have been booked for, full payment is still required as their place has been reserved.

At Ecokids there is a minimum attendance requirement of three days per week (minimum of 6 hours per day)

Full fees are charged for any holidays (including statutory) sick days and absences.

Late fee: 
There will be a late fee of $10.00 charged if you are outside your booked time.

Two weeks written notice is required if your child is leaving the Centre. Fees are payable during this notice period.

Ecokids may utilise up to two weekday days per year as Teacher only days. All parents will be advised at least 30 days in advance of these dates.

Depending on the level of your total family income, you may be eligible for a WINZ Childcare Subsidy. This subsidy is only part payment for fees and parents must meet the balance. Full fees will be charged until the Centre receives the WINZ subsidy. Please speak to Sarah for further information.

Are payable by  Direct Credit to bank account: 03 1518 0055908 000. Fees are to be paid one week in advance.

We offer a 10% discount for siblings attending full-time.

Are payable 52 weeks of the year.

Are to be paid in advance of the child’s first weekly session.Automatic payment, internet banking or direct debit are our preferred methods of payment.
